MJ Rooney Constructed a 4 storey reinforced concrete frame for this newbuild house in Sevenoaks. The house was then fitted out to an exceptional standard with some very special features. When you enter the house, you stand in a three storey central core with a fabulous glass and timber Smet stairs leading up to living accommodation and loft-space playroom. On the ground floor is an amazing kitchen leading onto dining and lounge with the play space of cinema and gym in the basement. This is a very special house and one that MJ Rooney is very proud to have built.
