Newbuild Houses in Eltham
MJ Rooney Construction built two new build houses in Eltham on the site of an old workshop. We demolished the old structures and excavated a basement into the sloped hill. MJ Rooney built the newbuild houses of traditional brick and blockwork with steel and joisted first floors and a trussed roof. The project developed two fantastic 2 and 3 bedroom houses to a great finish at a great cost.
