This stunning oak framed building with a large central lantern light provides 200m2 of open plan space for all of the family’s needs. There is a beautiful kitchen,large bathroom and WC with sunshower for the practical needs but the rest of the space is dedicated to entertaining and relaxing.

When not laying back on the comfy seating area there is lots of fun things to do like playing pinball, pool or table football. There is a large dining area and an entire wall of oak framed glass to take in the superb kent garden vistas.

The challenging part of these works was to fill in and waterproof an old redundant swimming pool with a solid and waterproof covering. We think you will agree that the finish is stunning.
