LONDON SIDE EXTENSION & WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATION

Nestled in the suburbs of leafy London was an unloved commercial warehouse with so much potential. MJ Rooney undertook the project of lowering the basement and then fitting out the interior to a high-class finish with all mod coms. We stripped out the entirety of the interior and installed a new roof and windows. The sunken basement was completely waterproofed to provide a dry and open plan interior for the finishes. Industrial structure was hidden behind oak beams to create a modern urban chic interior with large open plan leisure and gaming spaces.

The most stunning feature must be the rooftop garden with stunning views over the chimneyed rooftops of London. A stunning urban garden was created with integral seating and planting spaces. Herb beds adorn the barbeque area for beautiful meals within arms reach of the garden dining area.
