LARGE HOUSE IN SEVENOAKS WITH BASEMENT

MJ Rooney constructed a substantial reinforced concrete basement and superstructure for a large new-build home in Sevenoaks, Kent. Designed by Fletcher Crane Architects Ltd and with interior design by Michael Barclay Partnership, this project featured a robust in-situ reinforced concrete structure to accommodate a cinema, gymnasium, and leisure area.
Our team meticulously executed the construction of the basement, ensuring it met the high standards required for such a prominent residential project.
