MJ Rooney successfully delivered a new basement build in Bromley, South East London, prioritising minimal disruption to the local community. Our advanced construction methods included the installation of a silent driven sheet pile system, creating a secure cofferdam for safe excavation. A robust reinforced concrete structure, encompassing slab, walls, and roof, was then constructed.

The finished basement, seamlessly integrated into the garden, now boasts a spacious entertaining area enhanced by elegant faux brick vaulting. This comprehensive project encompassed earthworks, piling, foundation work, structural waterproofing, and meticulous interior fit-out.
