Chelsea Basement Fit Out

MJ Rooney refurbished these two storey houses in Chelsea and built an additional two storeys of basement below ground. Construction of these houses required a mix of traditional skills and features alongside some modern high-tech features. The results are amazing with a rear two storey lightwell drawing light down two storeys below ground via a mix of mirrored and living green walls.
