Newbuild Period Houses with two storey Basements.
These new build houses blend with the Georgian row like they were always there, but these high tech and high specification houses really are something special. MJ Rooney demolished a 5 storey block of flats and then began sinking some 10m deep shafts to underpin adjacent properties. We built a ground floor slab from these foundations and then began building up as we were completing the foundations and excavating the basement spaces. These are houses MJ Rooney are very proud of and will defiantly stand the test of time.
