Piled Basement- Blackheath
Large Blackheath Basement for Two Newbuild Houses.
MJ Rooney were contracted to build this very large basement in Blackheath for a developer constructing two new luxury Houses. The basement perimeter was formed with CFA piling and then a ground beam was formed prior to excavation of the basement space. A full drainage system was installed and then a concrete in-situ basement slab and walls were formed with internal cavity drainage waterproofing. This basement was for a bedroom and bright basement kitchen with lightwell courtyard.
