Sloping Site Basement in Blackheath.
MJ Rooney have Constructed a Basement in Blackheath for a row of newbuild housing on this sloping site. The solution required a double stepped level basement slab with a stepped reinforced concrete wall following the profile slope of the street. A steel sheetpiled temporary works solution was designed and installed by MJ Rooney to work around these varying profiles.
